Do I need to patch test before use?

Yes. We recommend performing a patch test 24–48 hours before using any adhesive, bond, seal, or remover products. If any irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, do not use the product.

How long do the lashes last?

Our DIY lash extensions can last up to 5–7 days with proper application and aftercare.

Are the lashes reusable?

Yes, with careful removal and cleaning, lashes may be reused depending on wear and condition.

How do I apply the lashes?

Apply a thin layer of bond to your natural lashes, place the lash clusters underneath your natural lash line, then apply seal to lock them in place.

Can I shower while wearing the lashes?

Avoid excessive water and steam for the first 24 hours after application for best retention.

How do I remove the lashes?

Use our lash remover to gently dissolve the bond before removing the clusters.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UK only.

Can I return my order?

Due to hygiene reasons, opened lash products cannot be returned. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
