Refund Policy

At BeaulashCo, we strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used lash products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@beaulashoutonthelash.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue.

For eligible returns:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
